BAE Systems Applied Intelligence today unveils CommsReveal™, a prescriptive analytics tool which helps Communications Service Providers (CSPs) predict how changes to network infrastructure, tariffs and products will perform, before the change is made.
CommsReveal™ creates a forecast and makes recommendations for the future by learning the behaviours of individual subscribers in response to a CSP’s actions and events in the wider world. Based on high-performance, in-memory analytics, CommsReveal™ processes large quantities of data already held by the CSP, as well as external data (including weather; social media; sport schedules; competitor information; network performance and news feeds).
